Looking to connect with others navigating the highs and lows of the awakening process?
Each Circle starts with a short activation to clear, ground, and energetically connect, then each participant has a chance to share what’s come up for them during the week. It can be a challenge, a triumph, a weird ascension symptom, a question, concern, or a helpful practice or exercise they’d like to share — anything awakening-related that’s supportive of everyone’s journeys.
In order to create a safe, friendly, comfortable group vibe that encourages sharing, there are no drop-ins. Each Support Circle runs for 4 weeks.

Does the idea of posting on social media make you cringe or break out in a sweat?
If you know that being more active on social media will support your business — but just thinking about it makes want to run for the hills — this is the group for you.
Every week we’ll gather, and using prompts and brainstorming, you’ll generate rough content for a post, newsletter, or short reel. Then you’ll share what you’ve written with the group and “workshop it” (get feedback, constructive edits, and encouragement). We will hold each other accountable for posting the finished product each week. (And when possible, like, comment on, and/or share each other’s posts on social.)
