Healing Arts

My path into holistic healing started back in high school, when a Science Fair project on the mind-body connection opened my eyes to how deeply our thoughts and energy affect our well-being.

Since then, I’ve spent decades exploring everything from metaphysics and energy medicine to Eastern philosophy, astrology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Life’s challenges — especially chronic illness — have been my teachers, helping me understand firsthand how powerful these tools can be for helping us find balance and wholeness.

An intense turning point came in my 40s, when both my body and life started to break down. When a (literal!) black snake crossed my path and led me to a statue of the Buddha tucked away on the grounds of the Omega Institute, I took that as a pretty clear sign that it was time to make my life-long love of spirituality a more prominent part of my life.

In 2014, I became certified in the Eden Method, a gentle yet profound approach developed by Donna Eden. That same year, I opened my private practice, Sanctuary Holistic Healing in New York City to help burnt-out New Yorkers relax, reconnect, and rediscover their natural vitality.

Today, I bring intuition, compassion, and a lifetime of holistic study to every session — helping clients tune into their body’s wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and restore a sense of ease and flow.

Communications

On the communications side, I help purpose-driven sole (soul) practitioners in the healing, helping, and creative professions find the words, content, and designs that make the essence of their work come alive.

With a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from New York University, and a background that bridges theater, education, media, and holistic practice, I bring a unique blend of creativity, clarity, and intuition to every project. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked as a copywriter, editor, and award-winning creative writer — crafting everything from web content and marketing materials to plays, musicals, and educational resources used in classrooms nationwide.

I’ve also worn many other hats: educator, workshop facilitator, producer, co-founder of arts organizations, and distance learning pioneer (back when “remote work” meant a landline and a webcam!). My experience as a professional actor and storyteller continues to shape how I help clients express their authentic voice and connect meaningfully with their audience.

Bottom line: whether you’re building a business, launching a program, or refining your message, my goal is to help you communicate with confidence and heart — so your work reaches the people it’s meant to serve.

Nicole Kempskie, MA is a holistic healer, intuitive guide, writer, and communications specialist devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom and live with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity. Her healing journey began in high school with a spark of curiosity about the mind–body connection — an interest that grew into decades of study in energy medicine, metaphysics, Eastern philosophy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She became a certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioner in 2014, has trained extensively with Ellen Meredith (Your Body Lives Your Story), and has served as a Teaching Assistant for Donna Eden and David Feinstein at the Omega Institute. Nicole brings compassionate presence and grounded intuitive insight to her work, helping clients release long-held patterns and return to a sense of balance and flow.
Nicole’s approach is deeply informed by her award-winning creative career as an actor, writer, educator, choreographer, and director. With more than twenty years in the arts—spanning stage and screen performances, published musicals, and educational guides—she understands how story, embodiment, and expression shape personal transformation.
As the founder of Innersource Academy, she offers private Healing Arts sessions, classes, workshops, and spiritual resources designed to engage the heart, intellect, and spirit. She also provides custom communications services for healers, helpers, and creatives seeking aligned, soulful messaging that captures the essence of their work.
